Privacy Policy
Effective July 5, 2026
Agenda Copilot ("the app") is a macOS application made by Albini Labs ("we", "us"). It helps
you run meetings against your agenda. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it
is used, and what we never do with it. We designed the app to keep your meeting content on your
own Mac.
Information we access
- Google account identity — when you choose "Continue with Google", we
receive your email address and basic profile (name, picture) to create and sign you into your
Agenda Copilot account.
- Google Calendar (read-only) — if you connect your calendar, the app reads
your upcoming events (title, time, and duration) using the
calendar.readonly scope, solely to import them as meetings in the app. We never
create, edit, or delete calendar events.
- Meeting audio and notes — while a meeting is running, the app captures
audio to produce a live transcript and tracks which agenda items you've covered.
How we use it
- Your Google identity signs you into your account.
- Your calendar events are shown as meetings inside the app so you don't have to re-enter them.
- Meeting audio is transcribed and used, in the moment, to check off your agenda and suggest
your next step.
Where your data lives
- On your Mac. Your meetings, agendas, imported calendar events, and
transcripts are stored locally on your device.
- Account identity. Your email and a login session are stored in our cloud
backend (Cloudflare) so you can sign in. That's the only personal data we hold on a server.
Service providers
To provide the app's features, limited data is processed by:
- Google — sign-in and read-only calendar access, as described above.
- Deepgram — meeting audio is sent to Deepgram to produce a transcript.
- Anthropic — your transcript and agenda text are sent to Anthropic (Claude)
to draft agendas and judge which items you've covered.
- Cloudflare — hosts our backend and stores your account identity.
These providers process data only to deliver these features, under their own terms.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the features above, to
comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and only with your consent where
required.
- We do not let humans read your Google user data, except where you explicitly permit it, for
security purposes, to comply with the law, or on data that has been aggregated and anonymized.
Keeping and deleting your data
Meeting data on your Mac is yours to delete at any time from within the app. To delete your
account and the identity we store, or to ask any privacy question, email
nhanttse92@gmail.com and we'll remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
